Hampton Inn & Suites Show Low-Pinetop

Our stay at the Hampton Inn Show Low- Pinetop was impressive, comfortable and exactly what we expected from a Hilton property. From our first contact with the front desk (Sarah), I knew the service would be top-notch. We were always greeted with a friendly smile at the entrance. All of our calls and requests were handled efficiently and with a smile. Everyone from guest services to housekeeping represented this hotel in a positive way. Great job to Ivon for an exceptionally clean room. One mention I must make is for Lily who helped me at Breakfast. She is on top of her game. I joined breakfast later in the morning right before closing, but Lily patiently waited for me make my waffles and helped me put together a great meal to take back to the room. She really took the time to show she cared and that means so much to us. I really hope she is recognized for her level of hospitality because she's a shining star. Just a few words for the corporate management team. The only real trouble we had were purely technical concerning the digital key not working at the side entrance, however, I had a feeling this might be out of the control of the management at the property, so not that big of a deal. Also the property is definitely overdue for new beds and pillows. Thank you to everyone at this property, we can't wait to stay again soon!

Update: my review of this place is very positive just letting others know the construction is happening. Breakfast was good with lots of options. My kids enjoyed the waffles. The rooms were very clean. Comfy beds and nice area of town. Close to amenities and food in Pinetop. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is construction on hotel next door. It was loud and I wish this had been posted somewhere before booking. Most of the parking lot was filled with construction vehicles but most left at night. Loud beeping in am from trucks.

Hampton Inns are almost always good, but this was one of the best we've ever stayed at. The location is a bit outside town and off the busy road, and there's a lovely walking trail just at the end of the building. Super-comfy beds, friendly and helpful front desk staff, lovely dining area for breakfast. And, yum, freshly-baked cookies in the lobby. Nearby construction was no issue. Only one negative - they need a second elevator. One is not enough - we didn't mind waiting, but others seemed a little miffed.

Exceptional Service: Friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Cleanliness: The cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms, common areas, and facilities were exceptional. Amenities: Beautiful pool, gym, or recreational activities like the new hiking trail that follows the creek. Room Comfort: The beds, the quality of the linens, and any other amenities in the room made relaxing feel like "relaxing". Ambiance and Decor: The overall atmosphere, design, and ambiance of the room, lobby, eating area, and outside facilities make this location our go to hotel while in Showlow. Location: The hotel is conveniently located near attractions, restaurants, hiking, antique shops, casino, several lakes close by, and much more..
